On 8 October 1816 George Lewis was given a Land grant of 40 acres in lower Nepean by Governor Macquarie. According to the 1822 Muster George had 20 acres cleared and was growing Wheat, Maize, Barley and Peas/beans. He also had 2 horses, 4 head of cattle and 21 hogs. In the 1828 Census, George, Sarah and 7 children were living on a farm at Evan (Castlereagh district). They had 40 acres cleared and cultivated with 4 horses and 10 cattle [Sharon Hindmarsh]
Thomas and Mary Sims [Maternal Line below] sold Christopher Frederick’s land to John Parker on 23 June 1851 for a sum of ?12056. The sale of this land was made within the extended family. David Parker, John Parker's son was husband to Elizabeth (Betsey) Lewis [Christopher's granddaughter] had been leasing this land from Christopher Fredericks. This land was eventually developed as Parker's Slaughter Yard by Henry Parker [1.4] son of John Parker

On June 4, 1804 Christopher Fredericks was granted 100 acres of land in the district of Evan by Governor King. Payment was 3 shillings per year to commence after 5 years.
Muster 1805-06: Christopher Fredericks 14 acres cultivated - 7 acres with wheat, 2 with maize, 1 with Barley, and 4 acres were left fallow, while remaining 86 acres were left for pasture; 16 hogs. No record of him being assigned convict servants
